Area Sales Supervisor – Central & Northeast Cambodia

About the role

NIYUM TRADING CO., LTD. is seeking an experienced Area Sales Supervisor to lead its sales teams in the Central and Northeast regions of Cambodia. Based in Phnom Penh, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing distribution channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and sales performance metrics.
• Coach, train, and motivate sales staff to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and business partners.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare regular sales reports, analyze data, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising area or regional sales teams, preferably in FMCG, trading or distribution.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Central and Northeast regions.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in the local language; working knowledge of English is beneficial.
