About the role
The Accounting Officer will manage the company’s monthly financial transactions, billing, and tax filings while ensuring accurate record‑keeping and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Handle monthly company transactions, billings and tax filings.
- Control petty cash, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain inventory accounting and record all transactions in QuickBooks or similar software.
- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash‑flow statements and other financial reports.
- Generate monthly sales and inventory reports and reconcile bank statements.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the accounting manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate in both Khmer and English.
- Integrity and ability to keep company information confidential.
- Capable of working independently and within a team under tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
