About the role
Albert International Academy is seeking an Academic Director to lead its Boeng Snor Campus. The role involves overseeing curriculum, assessment and academic performance to enhance student outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead teachers and academic teams, fostering high teaching standards.
- Develop, monitor and evaluate schemes of work, lesson plans and assessment procedures.
- Collaborate with school management, parents and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic leadership positions such as Academic Director, Deputy Principal, Principal, Head of Department or Head of School.
- Proven ability to improve student learning outcomes.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment, moderation and academic reporting.
