Wireless Solution Sales Engineer

About the role

The Wireless Solution Sales Engineer will act as the technical bridge between customers and our core network product portfolio. You will support customers by delivering deep technical knowledge, shaping proposals, and ensuring successful implementation of wireless solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with comprehensive technical information on core network technologies and related products.
• Collaborate with project teams to translate market opportunities into detailed technical offerings and proposals.
• Lead bidding activities, develop wireless solution proposals, configure products, prepare quotations, and manage the hand‑over to service operations (SOC).
• Analyze customer requirements, design appropriate wireless solutions, and maintain strong customer engagement.
• Build and sustain reliable, Huawei‑oriented customer relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in telecommunications or a related field.
• Relevant work experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with the Cambodian wireless telecommunications market and its professional landscape.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
