Freelancer Development Manager

About the role

The Freelancer Development Manager leads the team that builds and sustains a high‑performing network of freelance sales agents for Mobile, FTTH and FWBB services. The role designs recruitment strategies, drives acquisition targets and ensures rapid onboarding and activation of new freelancers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute freelancer recruitment strategy aligned with business growth, setting regional and product targets.
• Identify new recruitment channels, partnerships and community networks; manage campaigns, roadshows and referral programs.
• Lead, coach and evaluate Freelancer Development Officers, set KPIs and ensure adherence to recruitment standards.
• Oversee onboarding and activation processes to achieve high activation rates and timely account setup.
• Design and implement engagement, training and incentive programs to improve freelancer retention and productivity.
• Track sales performance, analyse conversion and productivity trends, and produce regular reports for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in recruitment, outsourcing, sales or channel development, with at least two years leading a sales or recruitment team.
• Proven experience in telecommunications or related sectors such as FMCG, banking or insurance is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet acquisition targets and manage high‑volume recruitment projects.
