Warehouse Manager – $1,100 to $1,300/month

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our manufacturing warehouse in Sihanoukville. The role focuses on efficient inventory control, team leadership, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering strong performance and safety culture.
• Implement and monitor compliance with warehouse safety and regulatory standards.
• Utilize ERP systems to track stock movements and generate reports.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to align warehouse activities with manufacturing schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5‑7+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Fluent English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety, compliance, and large‑scale inventory management.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary ranging from $1,100 to $1,300.
