About the role

Join the hospitality team at a leading hotel in Phnom Penh and deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests. As a Waitress you will ensure a courteous, professional and flexible service experience that enhances overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned dining area.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at tables and service stations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and handle special dietary needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Process orders accurately and manage payment transactions.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
