Transportation & Delivery Representative

About the role

The Transportation & Delivery Representative supports the department by managing daily operating expenditures, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders. This role blends finance, reporting, and logistics to help the team operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day operating expenses against budgets.
• Support business‑as‑usual and ad‑hoc project activities for effective execution.
• Create, update, and distribute communication materials to keep stakeholders informed.
• Prepare and consolidate data for standard management reports.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities through research and innovative ideas.
• Compile, distribute, and document basic information for internal use.
• Respond to queries and requests from internal stakeholders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of accounts payable and local/international accounting standards.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP accounting applications (advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in the local language and preferably English, both written and spoken.
• Diploma or basic certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
