Stock Controller

About the role

The Stock Controller ensures accurate inventory management of production supplies, consumables, tools and equipment to support uninterrupted plant operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and recording materials while maintaining a clean and safe storage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify production supplies, store them in designated locations, and update stock records.
• Issue materials and consumables to users based on approved requests and monitor stock levels.
• Track tool and equipment issuance, inspect condition before and after use, and report any damage or loss.
• Conduct regular stock counts, assist with physical inventories, and report discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and safe storage areas, following company safety rules and 5S principles.

Required profile

• High school diploma or associate degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in warehouse or stock control is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and honesty.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word.
