Senior Brand Executive

About the role

Danone Specialized Nutrition Business Services is looking for a Senior Brand Executive to join its team in Battambang. The role will support the brand’s growth by planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead integrated campaigns across marketing, health nutrition, and sales functions.
• Ensure brand guidelines, messages and positioning are consistently applied.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights to optimise results.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, health nutrition, finance) and external agencies to deliver projects on time.
• Manage content calendars for brand assets, KOL engagement and campaign support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to generate consumer insights.
• Oversee brand advertising and promotion budgets and ensure timely payments.
• Handle related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or nutrition.
• Basic understanding of healthcare marketing regulations and infant nutrition standards is a plus.
• Strong project‑management and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
