Senior AI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Applied AI Engineer with 2–3 years of hands‑on technical experience to join our Engineering & Technology team. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will blend platform integration with AI solution design, building and configuring AITranx products for real business use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain integrations between AITranx products (Gateway, Box, Agents, Enterprise AI) and customer or internal environments.
• Design practical AI architectures, create proof‑of‑concepts, and deliver technical demonstrations for business problems.
• Collaborate with the Technical Director, Solutions/Presales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure technically sound and feasible solutions, and document integration patterns.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in technical/solutions engineering, systems integration, or DevOps‑adjacent roles.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, system integration, and enterprise IT infrastructure (cloud and/or on‑premises).
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM concepts (API gateways, RAG, AI agents, vector databases) and ability to map business processes for AI integration.
• Strong communication skills in English; Khmer fluency preferred.
