Sales Showroom Representative

About the role

The Sales Showroom Representative greets walk‑in customers, provides product consultations, and ensures a smooth purchasing experience in a retail showroom environment. The role combines customer service, sales processing, and coordination with internal teams to deliver products efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in customers, offer refreshments, and guide them through product demonstrations.
• Provide product usage guidance and recommend related items, including subsidiary products.
• Process sales orders, verify pricing, and coordinate delivery with factory and logistics teams.
• Maintain organized, clean, and attractive showroom displays.
• Follow up with customers post‑delivery, verify pricing accuracy, and support billing and tax documentation.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and ensure all delivery records are complete.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a showroom setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure as a team player.
