Sales Representative – Modern Trade (MT)

About the role

Yeo's Cambodia, a leading Asian soft‑drink brand, is looking for a Sales Representative focused on the Modern Trade (MT) channel. The role involves expanding outlet coverage, achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with key customers in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Implement call compliance according to the assigned plan and route.
• Expand Modern Trade outlet coverage, especially when new stores open in the territory.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Execute in‑store activities and ensure their effectiveness.
• Drive key SKU product listings as instructed by the line manager.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers.
• Coordinate brand and trade program implementation in Modern Trade.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and react to competitive threats.

Required profile

• At least a completed Bac II (high school) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a sales field, preferably FMCG.
• Good communication, negotiation skills and a positive attitude.
