Sales Representative – Customer Relations & Business Development

About the role

We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team and drive growth across retail and customer channels. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring product visibility, and expanding our customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen client relationships, resolve issues promptly, and escalate unresolved matters.
• Inspect product displays in customer stalls and retail shops to guarantee optimal visibility.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence to provide actionable insights to management.
• Document and forward customer feedback and complaints to the Sales Manager.
• Prospect and acquire new clients on a regular basis.
• Act as Team Leader in the primary leader’s absence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
• Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated, honest, flexible, friendly and able to work under pressure and within a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• Negotiable salary based on experience
• Work schedule: Monday – Sunday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM with two rotating days off per week
