Sales Representative – Agricultural Products

About the role

The Sales Representative will promote and sell agricultural crop‑protection products across several provinces in Cambodia. You will work directly with local distributors (depots) to expand market reach and support rural customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with agricultural distributors (depots).
• Conduct sales planning and implement sales strategies.
• Promote company products and support depot sales activities.
• Collect market information, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.
• Prepare reports for the Regional Sales Manager.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English or Chinese (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of crop‑protection products (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides).
• Familiarity with major Cambodian crops such as rice and cashew.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Internet).
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work in rural areas.
• Strong teamwork and professional attitude.
