Safety Supervisor – Industrial Safety

About the role

We are seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead workplace safety initiatives in our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for creating a safe environment, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with local occupational health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular safety inspections and audits across the plant.
• Investigate incidents and near‑misses, preparing detailed reports.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to Cambodian labor and OSH laws.
• Coordinate safety training and emergency drills.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in industrial safety, manufacturing, or factory operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• First Aid and Fire Fighting training.
• OSH Safety certification.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Availability to work the required schedule.

What we offer

• Gross salary ranging from $700 to $900.
• Compliance with Cambodian labor law, including 5% severance pay.
• 18 days of annual leave (or 1.5 days per month).

• Monday‑Saturday work schedule, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm with flexible night‑shift options.
