Product & Contracting Coordinator – Siem Reap

About the role

Discova is seeking a Product & Contracting Coordinator to support product management, supplier contracting, and product development for its travel portfolio. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate product information, competitive pricing, and timely market launch.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day product sourcing, supplier management and contracting activities.
• Maintain supplier contracts, rates, product content and supporting documentation in line with Discova standards.
• Coordinate product, content and rate updates in Tourplan to keep information accurate and timely.
• Assist with product research, benchmarking, supplier sourcing and new product development.
• Help with costing, pricing updates and commercial analysis to drive profitable products.
• Provide timely support to suppliers and internal teams, resolving product, supplier and contract enquiries.
• Organise supplier inspections, FAM trips and product site visits with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and speed‑to‑market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of experience in travel, product, contracting or a related field.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience working with suppliers, product management, contracting or travel operations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Alignment with Discova’s purpose and values.
