Outdoor Sales Representative – Electrical & Engineering Services

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to promote fire‑protection, HVAC, and solar solutions to contractors, consultants, developers, and factories. You will work directly in the field, building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in the engineering and construction sectors.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients.
• Present fire‑protection, HVAC, and solar products and solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals, and tender documents.
• Follow up on bids through to contract signing.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure proper project execution.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Achieve the sales targets set by the company.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher, preferably in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of outdoor or B2B sales experience, preferably in the engineering industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident, outgoing, self‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
• Honest, responsible and committed to meeting targets.

Required skills

• Knowledge of electronic and engineering systems.
• Familiarity with solar technology.
• Understanding of fire‑protection and HVAC solutions.
