Materials Management Specialist

About the role

The Materials Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring inventory levels meet customer demand, and delivering excellent service in a retail environment. This role supports both customers and team members while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store.

Key responsibilities

• Follow established store standards and program guidelines to perform daily operations.
• Provide courteous customer service and possess product knowledge to meet shopper needs efficiently.
• Manage store inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels for demand.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with team members to support patron needs and uphold store policies.
• Maintain the store in a neat, clean, safe, and orderly condition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• Customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Khmer.
• Proactive, able to work independently and under pressure while delivering accurate results.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, self‑motivated, and a good team player.
• Capable of organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
