Marketing Executive – Brand & Communications

About the role

The Marketing Executive will act as the brand custodian, building a market‑leading, quality brand image for DHL. You will monitor market trends, ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, and drive SEO and online campaign initiatives to raise brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand image, ensuring adherence to regional and corporate marketing guidelines.
• Lead SEO activities, including keyword research and image optimisation.
• Plan, execute and monitor online brand and product campaigns across digital channels.
• Control advertising, publicity and promotion budgets and prepare agency briefs.
• Design and implement public‑relations strategies to position DHL as an industry leader.
• Coordinate advertising across TV, print, outdoor, directories and other media.
• Organise events, corporate gifts, printing materials and internal promotional activities.
• Maintain and update corporate, sales and POS materials to keep them customer‑friendly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
• 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong leadership, time‑management, planning and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Internet/email communication skills.
• Basic SEO knowledge (keyword and image optimisation).
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator (advantage).
