IT Intern – 6-Month Placement

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Intern to join our team in Phnom Penh for a six‑month placement. The role offers hands‑on experience supporting daily IT operations and collaborating on small projects within a professional office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for computers, software, printers, email and meeting‑room equipment.
• Assist with setup, installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows PCs and peripherals.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including workstation preparation and equipment hand‑over.
• Help users with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Perform basic LAN, Wi‑Fi and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
• Maintain the IT asset register, label equipment, record issuance/return and verify inventory.
• Contribute to user guides, SOPs and other IT documentation.
• Support project teams in preparing educational material and coordinating with procurement.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT support and willingness to learn on the job.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
