Field Marketing Manager

About the role

JTI is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead regional field marketing initiatives in Cambodia. You will translate national strategies into actionable regional plans, while uncovering bottom‑up opportunities driven by consumer and trade insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional field marketing strategy in line with national direction.
• Identify and propose insight‑driven opportunities that address consumer and trade needs.
• Lead top‑down field marketing projects, ensuring cross‑functional collaboration and seamless integration of regional requirements.
• Design consumer‑first engagement strategies across trade channels to drive trial, visibility and brand experiences.
• Set execution standards, provide playbooks and coach Field Marketing Associates.
• Conduct regular field visits, governance checks and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Leads, Channel Leads, Wholesale Lead and Brand teams to align priorities.
• Manage regional field marketing budgets, monitor KPIs and optimise ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field marketing or brand activation, preferably at a managerial level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate consumer and trade insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach associates and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience managing budgets and measuring program performance against KPIs.
