Executive, Sales Planning

About the role

The Executive, Sales Planning will coordinate weekly planning between commercial and manufacturing functions, ensuring alignment of demand and supply across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate weekly plans between commercial and manufacturing functions, acting as a liaison.
• Monitor daily sales changes and generate weekly forecasts.
• Process demand data in the ERP system to produce order recommendations.
• Share demand information with production, procurement, delivery and other supply‑side functions.
• Conduct field market visits and gather market demand updates.
• Prepare periodic market demand and supply capacity updates for the Planning and Analysis Manager.
• Support planning and reporting activities for the function manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Research or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial or manufacturing operations (sales, production, procurement, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data preparation and reporting.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
