About the role
The Design Architect will create architectural concepts and detailed drawings for retail projects, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and regulatory compliance from concept through completion.
Key responsibilities
- Create architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings.
- Prepare 2D/3D presentations, plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (structural, MEP, contractors).
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and monitor implementation.
- Support store layout planning and customer flow with retail and operations teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 2–5 years of architectural design experience, preferably in retail.
- Good understanding of construction materials and standards in Cambodia.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Proficiency in Revit.
