CEM Technical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a CEM Technical Engineer to support the deployment, integration and optimisation of our Customer Experience Management platform. The role involves designing traffic tapping solutions, managing deployment risks and ensuring platform performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate and optimise the CEM platform across the network.
• Design traffic tapping solutions based on core network interfaces.
• Plan and execute network cut‑over activities, perform verification and risk mitigation.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors to meet delivery schedules.
• Define acceptance criteria and organise UAT testing.
• Support platform maintenance, upgrades and continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in telecom maintenance, optimisation or core network operations.
• Familiarity with telecom systems, wireless and core networks (PS/IMS/CS), datacom or BSS/OSS concepts.
• Understanding of telecom signalling procedures, service layers and operational frameworks such as ITIL and eTOM.
• Strong communication skills and a solid grasp of industry practices.
