Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead all warehouse activities for a construction operation, ensuring efficient handling of asphalt products, raw materials, spare parts and consumables. The role focuses on maintaining stock accuracy, safety compliance and cost‑effective management of the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, storage, issuance and dispatch processes.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile stock records.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain sufficient stock for operational needs.
• Investigate discrepancies and apply corrective actions.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of asphalt, chemicals, spare parts and consumables.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and organized storage locations.
• Prevent product deterioration, loss, damage and environmental impact.
• Support internal and external audits related to warehouse activities.
• Promote teamwork, discipline and compliance with company policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction or asphalt operations is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
• Honest, responsible and able to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Inventory control knowledge.
• Warehouse management systems.
• Microsoft Excel.
• ERP system (experience considered a plus).
• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO principles.
