Customer Success Partner

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Customer Success Partner to work closely with sales teams and strategic customers, ensuring alignment on goals and delivering seamless logistics experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to support strategic customers, align on goals and marketing strategies, and build long‑term trust‑based relationships.
• Understand customer needs, drive implementation of Maersk solutions, resolve issues promptly by coordinating cross‑functional teams, and maintain success metrics.
• Manage commercial processes including allocation coordination, ocean tender handling, RFI/RFP and contracting for complex deals, and ensure timely contract renewals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate English proficiency and native Khmer language skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with transportation and logistics product features.
• Ability to present information clearly and work under deadlines across multiple departments.
