Technical Support Engineer – Solutions Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to act as the bridge between Dahua’s innovative security products and our system‑integrator partners as well as project customers. You will introduce new features, guide product selection, design solutions, support project execution and deliver training to boost customers’ technical capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce new product features to SI partners and project customers, assisting with selection and configuration.
• Recommend appropriate product models based on BOQ lists and specific requirements.
• Provide timely technical support to resolve customer issues.
• Conduct training sessions for customers’ technical staff.
• Gather and consolidate customer feedback, reporting it to the product department.
• Support sales by tracking project progress, assessing risks and proposing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote Dahua’s technology, enhance product understanding and collect market feedback.

Required profile

• Experience in technical support for networking, communications, or computer systems.
• Prior experience with CCTV systems (camera, DVR/NVR, software setup) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common network diagnostic tools (e.g., Sniffer, NCOM).
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening); Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related technical field.
