Technical Services Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Services Executive to deliver technical service, product application support and customer solutions for the garment and textile industry. Based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, you will work closely with customers, sales and internal technical teams to strengthen relationships and drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical services and application support to garment and textile customers.
• Conduct thread and trims audits, training programmes, workshops, consumption analysis and product trials.
• Recommend products and develop application solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Deliver technical presentations and seminars to customers and brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with development, production and quality teams.
• Support sales with technical input for product development and new product introductions.
• Assist in technical problem‑solving and resolve customer complaints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Garment, Textile or a related discipline (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of experience in the garment/textile industry.
• Strong understanding of garment/textile production and applications.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with sales and technical teams.
• Comfortable presenting technical information directly to customers.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good Chinese communication skills for interaction with Chinese‑speaking customers.
