About the role

Smart Axiata is launching a 24‑month Tech Talent Program designed to develop future technology leaders who will drive innovation and digital transformation across the company. The program offers hands‑on experience on high‑impact projects, mentorship from senior leaders, and a pathway to a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in cross‑functional tech projects covering 5G, software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, SD‑WAN and AI.
• Collaborate with business units to solve real‑world challenges and deliver measurable results.
• Engage in regular mentorship sessions and leadership training.
• Document project outcomes and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student or graduate with ≤2 years of experience.
• Degree in IT, Telecom, MIS, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
• Strong English communication skills and a passion for innovation.
• Demonstrated teamwork and results‑orientation; prior project or internship experience is a plus.
