Tech Talent Development Program – 24‑Month Graduate Path

About the role

Smart Axiata is launching a 24‑month Tech Talent Development Program designed for final‑year students and recent graduates. Participants will rotate across high‑impact technology projects, gaining hands‑on experience in emerging domains while being mentored by senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to real‑world projects in 5G, software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, SD‑WAN and artificial intelligence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve business challenges.
• Present findings and progress to senior leadership.
• Participate in structured training and certification activities.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student or graduate with up to 2 years of experience.
• Background in IT, telecom, MIS, computer science, statistics or related fields.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion for innovation, teamwork and results.
• Prior project or internship leadership experience is a plus.
