Supervisor, Process Improvement

About the role

The Supervisor, Process Improvement is responsible for reviewing existing processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all functions, identifying non-value-added controls, and supporting the development of new policies and SOPs to boost operational efficiency and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current SOPs, operational processes and policies to pinpoint non-value-added controls and associated risks.
• Identify control gaps and propose corrective controls to function managers.
• Collaborate with all functions to map end-to-end business processes and draft updated policies and SOPs.
• Develop process workflow diagrams and narrative documentation using established templates.
• Coordinate orientation sessions to ensure relevant staff understand new policies and procedures.
• Monitor implementation of agreed controls and verify compliance.
• Lead document control for all SOPs and policies, ensuring proper versioning and accessibility.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by function management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Minimum three years of experience in policy and SOP development.
• Experience in external or internal audit, or risk management is a plus.
