Supervisor, Electrical and Automation

About the role

The Supervisor, Electrical and Automation leads engineering projects focused on electrical and automation operations, ensuring plant efficiency, profitability and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily engineering operations, maintenance requests and building upkeep to support smooth plant performance.
• Develop and execute maintenance plans, source spare parts promptly and minimise unplanned downtime.
• Manage facilities teams, third‑party contractors and sub‑contractors, ensuring ISO (QMS, EMS, FSMS, GMP, HACCP) and occupational health & safety compliance.
• Implement 7S (5S, Safety, Security) across plant areas to improve work environment efficiency.
• Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and drive reliable repair actions.
• Provide continuous‑improvement tools, technical guidance and training for the electrical team.
• Prepare daily operation, maintenance and building reports for senior engineering management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4‑6 years of technical management experience in FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines and a self‑starter attitude.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ISO, GMP, 5S and HACCP standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English (written, spoken, listening).
• Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and maintenance planning.
