Senior Warehouse Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Officer to lead daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading and dispatching products.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet established schedules.
• Verify delivery documents, purchase orders and receiving reports for transaction accuracy.
• Monitor inventory movements and record all stock transactions in the Warehouse Management System.
• Organise storage locations to maximise space utilisation and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Ensure products are correctly labelled, stored and handled according to company standards.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, warehouse procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement, merchandising, logistics and store operations teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and stock control procedures.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, unloading, picking, packing and inventory reconciliation.
