Senior Sales Consultant Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Consultant Executive to lead property sales for our flagship real‑estate project in Phnom Penh. You will be the main point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them from first interest to contract signing while representing our brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients through lead generation and networking.
• Present project features, conduct site tours and prepare tailored sales proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align sales activities with campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, gather client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record in real‑estate or high‑value sales with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Khmer; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in email communication, spreadsheets and presentation software.
