Senior DevOps & Infrastructure Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps & Infrastructure Support Engineer to ensure the continuous availability and performance of our platform environments. You will work closely with development and operations teams to monitor, maintain, and improve our infrastructure across development, testing, staging, disaster‑recovery, and production.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and connectivity; maintain dashboards and alerting systems.
• Administer and document configurations for all environments; perform routine maintenance and provisioning.
• Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis, and post‑incident reviews.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot deployment failures, and assist release activities.
• Diagnose infrastructure, network, and application performance issues; escalate complex problems when needed.
• Assist business users with technical issues and support disaster‑recovery testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior DevOps or infrastructure support role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex system issues.

Required skills

• Linux administration and system services management.
• User and access management, file systems and storage management.
• Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals, container troubleshooting, Kubernetes workloads and services.
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, build and deployment processes, release support.
• PostgreSQL database connectivity, query execution monitoring, backup and recovery concepts.
• Infrastructure monitoring tools, log analysis, performance monitoring, alert management.
