Senior Executive, Data & Reporting

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Senior Executive for Data & Reporting within the CLM Hub to turn complex data into actionable business insights and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends and drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and IT to align data infrastructure with business intelligence needs.
• Maintain data quality through regular cleaning, validation, and updating processes.
• Provide training and support on data analysis and BI tools to team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience writing SQL and DAX queries.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data integration and data warehousing.
