Senior Account Manager – Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in Phnom Penh. The successful candidate will own key client relationships, drive new business opportunities and help the company meet its revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects within the recruitment and HR services market.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely staffing solutions.
• Track account performance, prepare sales reports and contribute to strategic planning.
• Lead lead‑generation activities and support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior sales or marketing roles, preferably within consulting, recruitment or HR services.
• Strong track record of managing multiple accounts and achieving revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic reporting and analytics for sales and account performance.
