Sales Showroom Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Sales Showroom Representative to welcome walk‑in customers, showcase our products, and drive sales in a dynamic showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, offer refreshments and create a pleasant first impression.
• Provide product consultations, demonstrate features, and guide customers through hands‑on experiences.
• Process walk‑in orders, verify pricing, and coordinate order fulfillment with the sales and logistics teams.
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays.
• Distribute product documentation and promotional materials.
• Recommend related or subsidiary products and follow up with customers to identify future needs.
• Prepare and submit delivery records, sales reports, and VAT‑related documents to the appropriate departments.
• Strive to meet monthly sales targets and report walk‑in sales performance to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales or customer service; showroom experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities; able to work under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work effectively in a team.
