Sales Manager (Automotive)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and well‑organized Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team. You will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the team meets its monthly and annual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans for market growth.
• Monitor individual and team performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Coach and motivate sales consultants to improve skills and results.
• Oversee sales activities, test drives, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Aftersales, Finance and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with sales processes and company policies.
• Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations.
• Support sales events, roadshows and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of automotive sales experience, including a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel for events.
