Sales and Marketing Associate

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Associate will support DKSH’s growth in Phnom Penh by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships and assisting the execution of commercial activities. Working closely with sales, marketing and operations teams, the associate helps ensure proposals, pricing and promotional plans are delivered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations for clients.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales records and monitor market trends.
• Assist in pricing, promotion planning and the development of marketing materials.
• Support the organisation of events, activations and campaign activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong sales, account management and customer relationship abilities.
• Good analytical skills for market and competitor tracking.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
