Representative Field Sales

About the role

The Representative, Field Sales drives sales and promotional programs for DKSH’s Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) portfolio in Cambodia. Working on the front line, you will ensure product availability, in‑store excellence and strong relationships with customers and dealers across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Implement structured action plans, including regular customer calls, visits and order taking, to achieve sales targets.
• Execute sales activities such as order taking, POSM display setup, and in‑store merchandising.
• Ensure product availability and compliance with stock deployment standards.
• Record and maintain accurate sales data for reporting and performance tracking.
• Conduct FIFO stock freshness checks and drive continuous improvement of sales processes.
• Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships, handling complaints and payments promptly.
• Respond to orders and queries, inform customers of promotions and new products.
• Monitor competitor activities and report findings to management.
• Submit orders to wholesalers to guarantee On Time, In Full (OTIF) delivery.
• Participate in personal development and DKSH leadership behavior training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of FMCG market dynamics, competitor landscape and customer profiles.
• Familiarity with the assigned territory, products and services.
• Strong selling and customer‑engagement abilities.
• Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is an advantage.
