About the role

AGB Consulting is seeking a dynamic, client‑focused Relationship Manager to join its Business Development team in Phnom Penh. The role involves building long‑term relationships with individual and corporate clients and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend appropriate financial products and wealth solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct professional client meetings and presentations with confidence and credibility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and financial products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized financial solutions.
• Achieve individual and team business development targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior relationship managers and share knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services (banking, wealth management, insurance, investment, trust, securities, or related fields).
• Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong business etiquette.
