Relationship Manager Corporate Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking will drive sales of the bank’s products and services by acquiring new corporate clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. Based at the Head Office in Phnom Penh, the role focuses on growing deposits, meeting sales targets and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the sales budget and build a profitable book of business through internal referrals, existing customers and market activities.
• Aggressively acquire new corporate clients and manage existing relationships to improve profitability.
• Maintain and develop a sales pipeline, including up‑selling and cross‑selling of banking products and solutions.
• Provide financial recommendations tailored to client needs by leveraging deep knowledge of the bank’s offerings.
• Implement customer retention strategies to increase client value and promote repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with branches and other business units to capture referral opportunities.
• Deliver superior customer service with professional, customized solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial services with a strong sales track record.
• Good understanding of sales, marketing and customer service principles.
• Knowledge of bank branch operations, cash handling, AML/CFT regulations and related policies.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Khmer and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using bank-specific software platforms.
