Quality Control Laboratory Technician

About the role

The Quality Control Laboratory Technician will support Sika Cambodia’s QC lab by performing concrete and material testing, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This onsite role requires attention to detail and the ability to work safely in a laboratory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all testing reports in the QC laboratory.
• Follow testing methods assigned by the Head Department, record results, and forward them to the QC Officer.
• Implement 5S practices within the lab.
• Test raw materials and incoming packaging according to prescribed methods.
• Test production samples and input batch results into Excel.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and documentation.

Required profile

• Ability to read and write English.
• Experience in QC and construction field.
• Basic understanding of concrete properties and testing procedures.
• Ability to follow SOPs, technical instructions, and safety protocols.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy samples and working in various lab environments.
