Project Sales Executive – Key Account

About the role

The Project Sales Executive – Key Account will promote and sell assigned ISI products to developers, owners and contractors on construction projects. This customer‑focused position requires direct engagement with project stakeholders and the ability to translate technical information into sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned ISI products to project developers, owners and contractors.
• Act as a technical consultant, liaising with owners, developers and contractors to address project‑specific matters.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and report daily/weekly activities to superiors.
• Provide project insights to support informed decision‑making.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel provincially.
• Passion for sales, solid negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Hard‑working, integrity, innovative communication, and teamwork orientation.
• Completion of vocational construction training.
