Project Sales Executive – Key Account

About the role

We are looking for a Project Sales Executive – Key Account to promote and sell our assigned ISI products to developers, owners and contractors. The role is customer‑focused and involves direct sales activities on construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned ISI products to project owners, developers and contractors.
• Act as a technical consultant, liaising with owners, developers and contractors to address project requirements.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and report daily/weekly activities to the manager.
• Provide project insights to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate with finance/account teams to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the province.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, high integrity and teamwork spirit.
