Project Sales Engineer Manager – Waterproofing

About the role

EVERSAFE SOLUTION CO., LTD is seeking a Project Sales Engineer Manager specialized in waterproofing to join its Phnom Penh team. This full‑time, on‑site position leads project‑based sales activities for waterproofing and related building materials, driving technical proposals and client solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities for waterproofing and construction material projects.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, drawings, and solutions to clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate with engineers and project stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Lead the sales team: set targets, monitor performance, coach members, and follow up on leads and existing accounts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with internal departments.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project sales and technical or construction‑related projects.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Leadership experience in sales management, including target setting and performance monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or a related field is preferred.
