About the role

Eco EnerSys Engineering Co., Ltd. (Ecosysco) is seeking a full‑time Project Engineer to join its hybrid team in Phnom Penh. The role supports the planning, design and implementation of low‑carbon, resource‑efficient infrastructure and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

Develop project plans, schedules and technical documentation.
Coordinate engineering activities across multidisciplinary teams.
Support feasibility studies and investment preparation.
Engage with clients, stakeholders and government agencies.
Provide technical input on low‑carbon and resource‑efficient solutions.
Assist with project monitoring, risk management and reporting to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.

Required profile

Full‑time availability with a hybrid work arrangement (office and remote).
Based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Strong commitment to technical quality, safety and compliance with relevant standards.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage external stakeholders.
