Project Delivery Manager – ICT & ISP Solutions

About the role

The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and closing ICT and ISP solution projects across the Enterprise Business Unit. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Delivery PMO, you will ensure projects in Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Managed Services, Connectivity, Cybersecurity and Digital Business Solutions are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of assigned ICT & ISP projects, aligning with customer objectives, scope, timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, risk registers, issue logs and resource plans.
• Serve as the primary customer contact during execution, running status meetings and ensuring a high‑quality experience.
• Coordinate internal technical teams, third‑party vendors and OEM partners to keep all workstreams on schedule.
• Collaborate with Presales, Product and Solution teams during pre‑sales to validate delivery approaches and effort estimates.
• Oversee smooth handover to Managed Services or Support teams, delivering documentation, training and formal acceptance.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and templates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecom or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on project management experience, preferably in a System Integrator or Managed Service Provider environment.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or lead capacity within a similar setting.
• Proven track record of delivering multi‑vendor, multi‑technology ICT/ISP projects.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms, IT Infrastructure, Data Center services, Cybersecurity, Connectivity and Digital Business applications.
